Global Partner Manager, Uber Eats at Uber

Position Description: Suzanne manages the partnership for Starbucks and Firehouse Subs on Uber Eats by working with the brands to grow their business on the platform. She also works cross functionally with operations and marketing to execute holistic strategies. Prior to this role, Suzanne worked in a variety of roles at PepsiCo including field sales, key account analyst, and national sales specialist. 

Experience: Through BMMP, Suzanne landed an internship at L’Oreal Canada where she worked on the retail team for Kiehl’s, NYX and Urban Decay. Upon graduation, she joined PepsiCo Foods Sales Leadership program where she had the opportunity to manage a sales territory and understand store-level relationship management.

Brand & Product Marketing Manager at Saje Natural Wellness

Position Description:  Rebecca has explored many types of marketing careers while interning at startups, incubator hubs, and event marketing as a brand ambassador for firms such as Nintendo and BMW.

Experience: After completing BMMP, she worked in brand management at L'Oréal within the Luxury division. Her experience includes managing the relaunch of Clarisonic and overall brand growth, preparing the upcoming North American launch of Helena Rubsintein, and managing the rollout of Biotherm’s rebranded packaging. 

In 2021, Rebecca pivoted into NPD at Saje Natural Wellness, where she was responsible for innovation within the Personal Care category. She used her skills in project management, strategy, and creativity from her previous role to conceptualise new product ideas, pitch and get alignment from all cross-functional team executives, and manage teams to execute all product development stages until completion, at launch. In 2023, she pivoted back into Marketing, and has been working on numerous campaigns for product launches and core product activations to support the overall business growth of the brand.

Senior Marketing Manager, TELUS Toronto

Position Description:  Lyndan is currently focused on prospecting and consumer acquisition marketing for TELUS Consumer Mobility. In this role, she manages the overall national lead generation strategy for TELUS, Koodo, and Public brands across all channels.

Experience:  Prior to making a switch to a new industry in telecommunications, Lyndan’s experience was mainly rooted in brand management in the CPG industry, having worked at Nestlé, Colgate-Palmolive, and Smucker’s. Throughout these experiences, Lyndan has led and devised the go-to-market strategy for a brand launch, managed national TV, digital, and social campaigns for various confectionery brands, and worked with international suppliers and co-manufacturers to commercialize a pipeline of innovations.

Brand Manager, SAXX Underwear

Position Description:  Stella is a brand manager at Vancouver-based men’s apparel brand, SAXX Underwear. In her role, she leads integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and go-to-market plans for a primarily US market. 

Experience:  Prior to SAXX, Stella spent the bulk of her career in CPG at Labatt Breweries (aka Anheuser-Busch InBev globally) where she led campaigns for Budweiser, the #1 beer in Canada. As a student at UBC, she held internship positions at Labatt, L’Oréal, and Goldcorp, and was co-president of the UBC Marketing Association.

Program Manager II, Amazon/AbeBooks

Position Description:  Grace is a program manager at Amazon on the AbeBooks team, a marketplace that offers books, fine art, and collectable goods. Her role involves launching new tools and features that impact the end-customer experience. She works closely with tech teams, product, UX, legal, and operations to assess risks, manage complexities, and drive process improvements.

Experience:  During her undergrad, Grace gained experience in different industries. This includes interning at SAP, IBM, and The Estée Lauder Companies. Upon graduation, she joined Artizia's business intelligence team, where she got to work on the Super Puff campaign and the launch of six new Canadian and US stores.
