Starting in September, 2013, The Sauder School of Business has been using UBC’s online course evaluation system (CoursEval) for all student evaluations of teaching. You must have a campus-wide login (CWL) account to access the system.

When will my course evaluations become Available?

Instructors will gain access to their course evaluations only after grades have been reported to the Registrar's Office.  They will receive an email from the system once the results are released.  The following release schedule will apply:

Evaluation Period Release Date
Fall Term (September-December) January 15
Winter Term (January-April) May 15
MBA Period 3 and early summer courses August 15
Late summer courses October 15

Instructors who teach courses in MBA Periods 1 and 5 will experience a delay in accessing their course evaluations because these periods are folded into the full-term evaluation periods for the fall and winter.

Any instructor who has a legitimate reason to access evaluations earlier than the scheduled release date (for purposes such as re-hiring or promotion), needs to gain approval from the Dean's Office first and then contact Office Admin.
