Adel Gamar is Adjunct Professor at Sauder School of Business where he teaches adaptive leadership and organizational management. He is the cofounder and CEO of a boutique leadership and management consultancy based in Vancouver, Canada.

Over the course of his career, Gamar has advised senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and governments worldwide. He served as Education Specialist at UNESCO and Policy Fellow at Harvard Law School. While at Harvard, he taught adaptive leadership and negotiation. He serves on various boards including the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce and the Douglas College Board.

Driven to inspire and mentor young leaders, Gamar cofounded The Gamar Foundation - a nonprofit that aims to inspire, empower, and connect young people to make a difference for the greater public good.

Gamar holds an MPA from Harvard and a B.Ed. from the University of Calgary. He is a husband, a dad, and a relentless optimist.
